General Terms and Conditions of “Matar Group GmbH”

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all guest accommodation contracts concluded between Matar Group GmbH (Urban Boutique Hotel) and the guest, as well as to all other services and deliveries provided by the Urban Boutique Hotel.

2. Legal capacity of the guest
An accommodation contract is only concluded with persons who have reached the age of 18. When booking online, the guest confirms that he or she is of legal age and has full legal capacity. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 are only allowed to stay overnight if a legal representative concludes the contract.

3. Reservations and cancellations
When the Urban Boutique Hotel accepts a reservation, an accommodation contract is concluded. This agreement is binding. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After this time, cancellation or rebooking is no longer possible free of charge. The resale or re-allocation of booked rooms at higher prices than the official ones is prohibited.

4. Prepaid reservations
When booking a non-cancellable rate, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking. These rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If cancelled later than this time, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

5. Registration form and data protection
The guest is obliged to provide his/her personal data truthfully via the Urban Boutique Hotel’s online portals.

6.Taxes, fees and duties
The prices include all statutory taxes, fees and charges. If these items change, the Urban Boutique Hotel reserves the right to adjust the prices accordingly.

7. Means of payment
Major credit cards and PayPal are accepted. Payment is made in euros. Bank charges for international transfers are borne by the guest.

8. Use of rooms
Rooms are available to guests from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. A fee will be charged for late departure.

9.Liability
The Urban Boutique Hotel is liable for items brought in by the guest in accordance with legal regulations, except in cases of slight negligence. Liability is limited to the insured amount.

10. Prohibition of bringing food and drinks
Bringing and consuming your own food and drinks in public areas is prohibited.

11. Non-smoking policy
The Urban Boutique Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. A cleaning fee may be charged if this is not observed.

12. Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior approval and for a fee. Service dogs are excluded.

13.House rules
The Urban Boutique Hotel reserves the right to evict guests who do not comply with the house rules or who harass other guests. A deposit of 200 euros will be blocked on the credit card upon reservation

14. Final provisions
In the event of any discrepancies between the accommodation contract and these terms and conditions, the provisions of the accommodation contract shall apply. Changes to the terms and conditions must be made in writing. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Urban Boutique Hotel.
