General Terms and Conditions of Matar Group GmbH

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all accommodation contracts concluded between Matar Group GmbH (Urban Boutique Hotel) and the guest, as well as to all other services and deliveries provided by the Urban Boutique Hotel.

2. Legal capacity of the guest
Accommodation contracts are only concluded with persons who have reached the age of 18. For online bookings, the guest confirms that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 may only stay overnight if a legal guardian concludes the contract.

3. Reservations and cancellations
By accepting a reservation, the Urban Boutique Hotel enters into a legally binding accommodation contract. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After this time, cancellation or rebooking is no longer free of charge. The resale or transfer of booked rooms at prices higher than the official rates is prohibited.

4. Prepaid reservations
When booking a non-refundable rate, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking. These rates are neither cancellable nor refundable. If you do not cancel in time, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

5. Registration form and data protection
The guest is obliged to truthfully submit his personal data via the online portals of the Urban Boutique Hotel.

6. Taxes, fees and charges
The prices include all applicable taxes, fees, and charges. In the event of changes to these items, Urban Boutique Hotel reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.

7. Means of payment
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is in euros. Bank fees for international transfers are the responsibility of the guest.

8. Use of the rooms
Rooms are available to guests from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. A fee will be charged for late check-out.

9. Liability
The Urban Boutique Hotel is liable for guests' belongings brought onto the premises in accordance with statutory regulations, except in cases of slight negligence. Liability is limited to the amount of the insurance coverage.

10. Prohibition of bringing your own food and drinks
Bringing and consuming your own food and drinks in public areas is prohibited.

11. No-smoking policy
The Urban Boutique Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. A cleaning fee may be charged for non-compliance.

12. Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior approval and for a fee. Service dogs are exempt.

13. House right
The Urban Boutique Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who do not comply with the house rules or disturb other guests. A deposit of €200 will be blocked on your credit card upon reservation.

14. Final Provisions
In case of discrepancies between the accommodation contract and these terms and conditions, the provisions of the accommodation contract shall prevail. Amendments to these terms and conditions must be in writing. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Urban Boutique Hotel.
